Direction for use: Mix one cup buckwheat flour, one tablespoon of ghee(or oil) and Pour in the water, a little at a time, mixing it in with the flour, until you have a soft dough. Let it sit for 20 minutes before you roll the dough into Chapatis. It can also be used to make buckwheat dosas and buckwheat cake. Its a gluten free alternative to wheat flour.
